University of Nevada Reno - Pennington Center

Reno, NV

The William N. Pennington Student Achievement Center project, built for the University of Nevada Reno, included the new construction of a three-story 77,345 square foot student services building located on the Reno Campus of the University of Nevada in Reno, NV. The student services building was constructed of a structural steel frame on a spread and beam concrete foundation, a masonry and glass curtain wall exterior, and a metal, single-ply roof. The project also featured the demolition of the university’s library and the incorporation of original granite materials from the library into the new student services building.
