An existing one-story building was demolished and the site was cleared to construction this new three-story 50,768sf mixed used office and 4-unit residential building over two levels of sub-grade parking. The building shell is outfitted with sleek metal panels and wood accents.

Constructed as a LEED Gold building, drought resistant plants adorn the landscape and glass curtain walls let in plenty of daylight and quality views for the building’s occupants.
